This is the second video in my One Camera, One Take series. We are all self-isolating yet music still finds a way to reach us. Like many of my music colleagues, my heart is missing performing and connecting with people through music. Here is my attempt to play all the parts of Telemann's wonderful Viola Concerto in G Major on period viola (plus my viola d'amore just because, why not?). Each part was recorded on one camera and in one take. As is the nature of gut strings, the pitch wavers away from A=415hz from time to time, but I had fun so I guess that's all that matters.
